The ECLAIR service STD.emptrecd (which checks for empty structures) is being
deprecated; hence, as a preventive measure, STD.anonstct (which checks for
structures with no named members, an UB in C99) is used here; the latter being
a more general case than the previous one, this change does not affect the
analysis. This new service is already supported by the current version of
ECLAIR.
No functional change.

The differences between inline, __inline and __inline__ keywords (as far as
GCC is concenred at least) are a vestigial remnant of older C standards, and
in Xen we use inline almost exclusively.
Replace __inline and __inline__ with regular inline, and remove their
exceptions from the MISRA configuration.

The files with extension ecl are ECLAIR configurations that
are loaded during the analysis phase or during the report
generation phase: analysis.ecl is the main file for the analysis
phase, while reports.ecl is the one for the report phase.
All other ecl files are included by one of the two main ones.
The actions* scripts implement the integration with the CI server,
they are completely general and can be amended to work with any CI
server. Their presence in xen.git is recommended so that maintainance
would be easier.
analyze.sh is the script that actually triggers the analysis.
