Maria Celeste Cesario f4519ee87e eclair: move function and macro properties outside ECLAIR
Function and macro properties contained in ECLAIR/call_properties.ecl are of
general interest: this patch moves these annotations in a generaric JSON file
in docs. In this way, they can be exploited for other purposes (i.e. documentation,
other tools).

Add rst file containing explanation on how to update function_macro_properties.json.
Add script to convert the JSON file in ECL configurations.
Remove ECLAIR/call_properties.ecl: the file is now automatically generated from
the JSON file.

Nicola Vetrini ddf664a557 automation/eclair: make the docs for MISRA C:2012 Dir 4.1 visible to ECLAIR
To be able to check for the existence of the necessary subsections in
the documentation for MISRA C:2012 Dir 4.1, ECLAIR needs to have a source
file that is built.

This file is generated from 'C-runtime-failures.rst' in docs/misra
and the configuration is updated accordingly.

Simone Ballarin 5b251cbca0 automation: Add xen builds for the ECLAIR analyses
This patch defines an ARM64 and a X86_64 build for the
ECLAIR pipelines.

These files are used by the analyze.sh script in
automation/eclair_analysis: it initially calls prepare.sh,
then runs into an ECLAIR environment build.sh.

Only the toolchain invocations triggered by build.sh
are analyzed; the prepare.sh script is instead intended
to perform all the required operations for building xen
that are not supposed to be analyzed: e.g. dependencies
build.
