There are use cases (for example using the PV driver) in Dom0less
setup that require Dom0less DomUs start immediately with Dom0, but
initialize XenStore later after Dom0's successful boot and call to
the init-dom0less application.
An error message can seen from the init-dom0less application on
1:1 direct-mapped domains:
```
Allocating magic pages
memory.c:238:d0v0 mfn 0x39000 doesn't belong to d1
Error on alloc magic pages
```
The "magic page" is a terminology used in the toolstack as reserved
pages for the VM to have access to virtual platform capabilities.
Currently the magic pages for Dom0less DomUs are populated by the
init-dom0less app through populate_physmap(), and populate_physmap()
automatically assumes gfn == mfn for 1:1 direct mapped domains. This
cannot be true for the magic pages that are allocated later from the
init-dom0less application executed in Dom0. For domain using statically
allocated memory but not 1:1 direct-mapped, similar error "failed to
retrieve a reserved page" can be seen as the reserved memory list is
empty at that time.
Since for init-dom0less, the magic page region is only for XenStore.
To solve above issue, this commit allocates the XenStore page for
Dom0less DomUs at the domain construction time. The PFN will be
noted and communicated to the init-dom0less application executed
from Dom0. To keep the XenStore late init protocol, set the connection
status to XENSTORE_RECONNECT.
Currently the GUEST_MAGIC_BASE in the init-dom0less application is
hardcoded, which will lead to failures for 1:1 direct-mapped Dom0less
DomUs.
Since the guest magic region allocation from init-dom0less is for
XenStore, and the XenStore page is now allocated from the hypervisor,
instead of hardcoding the guest magic pages region, use
xc_hvm_param_get() to get the XenStore page PFN. Rename alloc_xs_page()
to get_xs_page() to reflect the changes.
With this change, some existing code is not needed anymore, including:
(1) The definition of the XenStore page offset.
(2) Call to xc_domain_setmaxmem() and xc_clear_domain_page() as we
don't need to set the max mem and clear the page anymore.
(3) Foreign mapping of the XenStore page, setting of XenStore interface
status and HVM_PARAM_STORE_PFN from init-dom0less, as they are set
by the hypervisor.
Take the opportunity to do some coding style improvements when possible.

Having a file backed data base has the only advantage of being capable
to dump the contents of it while Xenstore is running, and potentially
using less swap space in case the data base can't be kept in memory.
It has the major disadvantage of a huge performance overhead: switching
to keep the data base in memory only speeds up live update of xenstored
with 120000 nodes from 20 minutes to 11 seconds. A complete tree walk
of this configuration will be reduced from 7 seconds to 280 msecs
(measured by "xenstore-control check").
So make the internal memory data base the default and enhance the
"--internal-db" command line parameter to take an optional parameter
allowing to switch the internal data base back to the file based one.

Commit 1787cc1679 ("libs/guest: Move the guest ABI check earlier
into xc_dom_parse_image()") broke starting the xenstore stubdom. This
is due to a rather special way the xenstore stubdom domain config is
being initialized: in order to support both, PV and PVH stubdom,
init-xenstore-domain is using xc_dom_parse_image() to find the correct
domain type. Unfortunately above commit requires xc_dom_boot_xen_init()
to have been called before using xc_dom_parse_image(). This requires
the domid, which is known only after xc_domain_create(), which requires
the domain type.
In order to break this circular dependency, call xc_dom_boot_xen_init()
with an arbitrary domid first, and then set dom->guest_domid later.

less than a specified number of seconds ago. For debugging and/or testing

growing too large, any records with time-stamps that indicate that the
age of a domid has exceeded the re-use timeout will also be purged.
A new utility function, libxl__is_recent_domid(), has been added. This

XEN_DOMCTL_max_vcpus is a mandatory hypercall, but nothing actually prevents a
toolstack from unpausing a domain with no vcpus.
Originally, d->vcpus[] was an embedded array in struct domain, but c/s
fb442e217 "x86_64: allow more vCPU-s per guest" in Xen 4.0 altered it to being
dynamically allocated. A side effect of this is that d->vcpu[] is NULL until
XEN_DOMCTL_max_vcpus has completed, but a lot of hypercalls blindly
dereference it.
Even today, the behaviour of XEN_DOMCTL_max_vcpus is a mandatory singleton
call which can't change the number of vcpus once a value has been chosen.
In preparation to remote the hypercall, extend xen_domctl_createdomain with
the a max_vcpus field and arrange for all callers to pass the appropriate
value. There is no change in construction behaviour yet, but later patches
will rearrange the hypervisor internals.
