Doug Goldstein 695ed1bcd0 libfsimage: fix bad header guard 
The #ifndef / #define value used was not consistent so it did not
function as a proper header guard.

Tim Deegan cddc1d5a09 Add libfsimage, a C library for reading files from filesystem images. 
Initial support is provided for Solaris UFS, ext2 (both using libext2fs
and not), and reiserfs.
