bbed98e7ce "xenpmd.c: use dynamic allocation" had a hard tab.
I thought we had fixed that and I thought I had checked.
Remove it now.

On NetBSD, d_name is larger than 256, so file_name[284] may not be large
enough (and gcc emits a format-truncation error).
Use asprintf() instead of snprintf() on a static on-stack buffer.

Add a check for snprintf return code and ignore the entry if we get an
error. This should in fact never happen and is more a trick to make gcc
happy and prevent compilation errors.
This is solving the following gcc warning when compiling for arm32 host
platforms with optimization activated:
xenpmd.c:92:37: error: '%s' directive output may be truncated writing
between 4 and 2147483645 bytes into a region of size 271
[-Werror=format-truncation=]

32 bit gcc 8.1 non-debug build yields:
xenpmd.c:354:23: error: '%02x' directive output may be truncated writing between 2 and 8 bytes into a region of size 3 [-Werror=format-truncation=]
snprintf(val, 3, "%02x",

All info->* used in calculation are 32 bytes long, and the parsing
code makes sure they are null-terminated, so the end result of the
expression won't exceed 255, which should be able to be fit into 3
bytes in hexadecimal format.

GCC 7.1.1 complains that several buffers passed to snprintf() in xenpmd
and tools/ocmal/xc are too small to hold the largest possible resulting string,
which is calculated by adding up the maximum length of all the substrings.
The warnings are treated as errors by -Werror, and goes like this (abbreviated):
xenpmd.c:94:36: error: ‘%s’ directive output may be truncated writing up to
255 bytes into a region of size 13 [-Werror=format-truncation=]
#define BATTERY_INFO_FILE_PATH "/proc/acpi/battery/%s/info"

destination of size 32
xenpmd.c:95:37: error: ‘%s’ directive output may be truncated writing up to
255 bytes into a region of size 13 [-Werror=format-truncation=]
#define BATTERY_STATE_FILE_PATH "/proc/acpi/battery/%s/state"
^
xenpmd.c:116:13: note: ‘snprintf’ output between 26 and 281 bytes into a
destination of size 32
xenctrl_stubs.c:65:15: error: ‘%s’ directive output may be truncated writing
up to 1023 bytes into a region of size 252 [-Werror=format-truncation=]
"%d: %s: %s", error->code,

xenctrl_stubs.c:64:4: note: ‘snprintf’ output 5 or more bytes (assuming 1028)

Enlarge the size of these buffers as suggested by the complier
(and slightly rounded) to fix the warnings.

Some of the changed files are imports from elsewhere, however
filtering them out is tricky, I think it is tolerable to have these
files be modified here and then perhaps reverted on the next sync,
since it's only 1-2 lines and obvious what is going on.

The xenstore header xs.h is producing conflicts with other software[1].
xs is a too short identifier and does not matche the library. Renaming
the headers to xenstore.h and xenstore_lib.h is the easiest way to make
them easy recognizable and prevent furthe problems.
