Leigh Brown e27fc7d15e tools/xentop: Fix cpu% sort order
In compare_cpu_pct(), there is a double -> unsigned long long converion when
calling compare(). In C, this discards the fractional part, resulting in an
out-of order sorting such as:

        NAME STATE CPU(sec) CPU(%)
       xendd --b--- 4020 5.7
    icecream --b--- 2600 3.8
    Domain-0 -----r 1060 1.5
        neon --b--- 827 1.1
      cheese --b--- 225 0.7
       pizza --b--- 359 0.5
     cassini --b--- 490 0.4
     fusilli --b--- 159 0.2
         bob --b--- 502 0.2
     blender --b--- 121 0.2
       bread --b--- 69 0.1
    chickpea --b--- 67 0.1
      lentil --b--- 67 0.1

Introduce compare_dbl() function and update compare_cpu_pct() to call it.

Cyril Rébert 03e08d44c8 tools/xentop: add option to display dom0 first
Add a command line option to xentop to be able to display dom0 first, on top of the list.
This is unconditional, so sorting domains with the S option will also ignore dom0.

Cyril Rébert 29f17d8374 tools/xentop: fix sorting bug for some columns
Sort doesn't work on columns VBD_OO, VBD_RD, VBD_WR and VBD_RSECT.
Fix by adjusting variables names in compare functions.
Bug fix only. No functional change.

Anthony PERARD 40d96f0c7d tools: Remove -Werror everywhere else
The previous changeset, e4f5949c44 ("tools: Add -Werror by default to all
tools/"), added "-Werror" to CFLAGS in tools/Rules.mk. Remove it from
everywhere else now it is duplicated.

Anthony PERARD 73447cddf6 tools/xentop: rework makefile
Add "xentop" to "TARGETS" because this variable will be useful later.

Always define all the targets, even when configured with
--disable-monitor, instead don't visit the subdirectory.
This mean xentop/ isn't visited anymore during "make clean" that's how
most other subdirs in the tools/ works.

Also add missing "xentop" rules. It only works without it because we
still have make's built-ins rules and variables, but fix this to not
have to rely on them.

Use $(TARGETS) with $(INSTALL_PROG), and thus install into the
directory rather than spelling the program name.

In the "clean" rule, use $(RM) and remove all "*.o" instead of just
one object.

Julien Grall 4b7702727a tools/top: The string parameter in set_prompt() and set_delay() should be const
Neither string parameter in set_prompt() and set_delay() are meant to
be modified. In particular, new_prompt can point to a literal string.

So mark the two parameters as const and propagate it.

Juergen Gross 6d0ec05390 tools: split libxenstat into new tools/libs/stat directory
There is no reason why libxenstat is not placed in the tools/libs
directory.

At the same time move xenstat.h to a dedicated include directory
in tools/libs/stat in order to follow the same pattern as the other
libraries in tools/libs.

As now xentop is the only left directory in xenstat move it directly
under tools and get rid of tools/xenstat.

Fix some missing prototype errors (add one prototype and make two
functions static).
