Tim Deegan 7f39243d68 [PYGRUB] Plumb bootloader I/O through xenconsole. 
- xend forwards console traffic between the running bootloader and a pty
   which it writes to the store so the xenconsole client can see it.
 - the xenconsole client handles the domain's console pty changing.
 - xm create no longer runs the bootloader.
 - pygrub gets '-i' option to explicitly request an interactive session.
 - xend unlocks the domain list during bootloading so that "xm console"
   can see the domain and attach to its console pty.

kfraser@localhost.localdomain b686a7d235 xenstore: add XS_RESUME command; export it to xend. 
This clears the shutdown flag for a domain in xenstore, allowing
subsequent shutdowns of the same domain to fire the appropriate
watches.

Ewan Mellor ca662595dc Allow vcpu_avail to be specified in the configuration file. Rationalise our 
use of online_vcpus and max_vcpu_id, keeping track of the configured value in
vcpus_number.

Fix HVM SMP configuration to use the XendDomainInfo.getVCpuCount() call that
is used everywhere else, rather than parsing it out of the device config.

Fix xm list to show the configured VCPU count when the VM is down.

Alastair Tse 53a668c52d [XEND] Change SrvServer to not require sockets to be non-blocking. 
Set all spawned server threads to be daemonic and make sure their
sockets are closed properly using shutdown() and close(), otherwise
reload will complain about the "Address still in use."

Steven Hand 236c16423b Enable lazy (on-demand) allocation of memory to a guest being restored; this 
means that ballooned down domains only require as much memory as is currently
being used (rather than their max) when being restored from save, or when
being migrated.

This patch makes the logic in setup_guest() more clear.
domain_translate_gpfn_list() is now gone, so we can make
memory initializtion code simple.
Xend passes memory size which is a sum of normal memory
size and GFW memory to QEMU and Libxc. This patch fixes
this issue.

Tim Deegan db442369b3 When booting via xm, only run the bootloader if it's in non-interactive mode: 
otherwise we lose the user's named kernel and try to bootload the temporary
file pygrub returned.

Tim Deegan 8c119d2ee4 Pass in kernel/ramdisk settings to pygrub; if specified, don't try to use 
grub.conf; this allows hands-off bootloading in the absence of a grub.conf.
It's also useful for specifying temporary changes etc.

Emmanuel Ackaouy e975e81c9b [TOOLS] Improve information displayed by the xm sched-credit command. 
The improvement is as follows.
 1. The display form is changed like the xm sched-sedf command.
 2. When -d option is omitted, information on all domains is
    displayed.

Examples:
 # xm sched-credit -d vm1
 Name                              ID Weight Cap
 vm1                                1    512  100
 # xm sched-credit
 Name                              ID Weight Cap

args in the boot cmdline. Restore this behaviour to fix
incompatabilities with fragile parsers in some domU kernels.
