kfraser@localhost.localdomain	09a4bf86cf	[TPM] Set tcpa calls in the rombios and other fixes. ... This patch places some tcpa calls into the rombios that had previously not applied anymore or were not set. Force the reads from MMIO memory locations that the compiler otherwise optimizes away (-O2) if there was an immediate write to the same memory location before. The TCG extensions are described here: https://www.trustedcomputinggroup.org/specs/PCClient/TCG_PCClientImplementationforBIOS_1-20_1-00.pdf I have tried to keep the patching with rombios.c to a minimum, but some amount of code needs to be inserted at various locations.
