Ewan Mellor c2739fc6af Rename abstract_value.double_val -> float_val. All the other names match the 
abstract type names in the doc, so this one should too.

kfraser@localhost.localdomain 93f56e1536 [XENAPI] Add 'image' field to xen_vbd_record, allowing an image to be 
associated with the vbd. xend supports this field and the client
bindings need it to support existing images that are not under
control of an SR.

Ewan Mellor 07b95037c7 Fix the handling of sets in the interface -- expecting a pointer to X to serve 
as a list of them was too hopeful -- that's what the set structures are for.

Ewan Mellor 160e3425fc Fix VTPM bindings -- ints in the model are uint64_t at the C binding level. 
VM's, being referenced from the VTPM, have a backreferring set.  Remove the
implementation of the old, dead VTPM-related fields on VM.
