Olaf Hering 4ad7540362 automation: provide SDL and SDL2 in opensuse images 
qemu-xen-traditional may make use of SDL, qemu-xen may make use of SDL2.
Use pkgconfig() as resolvable instead of a rpm name, the latter may change.

Anthony PERARD 34108a27e8 automation: Adding ninja-build to some docker images 
This is to allow building the latest version of QEMU.

fedora/29:
    In addition to adding "ninja", I've add to make some other
    changes: some `go build` failed with `mkdir /.cache` no
    permission, so I've created a user.
    (this was discovered while testing the new container with the
    script containerize.)

Andrew Cooper e21a6a4f96 tools: Drop gettext as a build dependency 
It has not been a dependency since at least 4.13.  Remove its mandatory check
from ./configure.

Annotate the dependency in the CI dockerfiles, and drop them from CirrusCI and
TravisCI.

Andrew Cooper 6b4d4dd384 automation: Annotate that a 32bit libc is no longer a dependency 
We can't drop the 32bit libc from the existing containers, because they are
used on older Xen branches as well.

However, we can avoid the dependency being propagated into newer conainers
derived from our dockerfiles.

No functional change.

The container debian:unstable-arm64v8 haven't been changed.

Dario Faggioli d446dbb234 automation: try to keep openSUSE Leap image a little smaller 
Using `--no-recommends` when updating or installing commands should
prevent non strictly necessary packages to be installed.

doing a `clean -a` after installing all the packages, should, in
theory, free more space (as opposed to using just `clean`).

Dario Faggioli 107853d89d ci: install C++ in opensuse-leap CI container 
The openSUSE Leap container image, built after
opensuse-leap.dockerfile was missing the gcc-c++,
which is necessary, e.g., for building OVMF.

Add it.
