Andrew Cooper	06cc1f886f	tools/libxc: Drop copy-in in xc_physinfo() ... The first thing XEN_SYSCTL_physinfo does is zero op->u.physinfo. Do not copy-in. It's pointless, and most callers don't initialise their xc_physinfo_t buffer to begin with. Remove the redundant zeroing from the remaining callers. Spotted by Coverity. Juergen Gross	af6c78d9dc	tools: move libxenctrl below tools/libs ... Today tools/libxc needs to be built after tools/libs as libxenctrl is depending on some libraries in tools/libs. This in turn blocks moving other libraries depending on libxenctrl below tools/libs. So carve out libxenctrl from tools/libxc and move it into tools/libs/ctrl.
