2. Update scripts/vif-bridge to not call 'brctl delif'
When a domU is shutdown/destroyed and the netif is destroyed, the
notify_call_chain triggered from unregister_netdevice() will trigger the
bridge event handler and which will call the proper code to remove the
device from the bridge.
I can't see any reason why brtcl delif should be called when taking out
a domain if the call chain will delete the interface from the bridge
when the vif is destroyed automatically.

Although Li Ge has had problems with this script he had trouble with the previous too. I think this new one should work for more people, particularly those using DHCP on their primary dom0 interface.
Debugging is currently enabled ("sh -x") so a log of the script's execution is output to /var/log/xend.log

If we define "vif" in the config file, image.py will raise error "vmx:
missing vbd configuration". The reason is "vif" is dealt with as a "vbd"
device.
This patch fixes this issue by dealing with "vbd" and "vif " separately,
removing "macaddr" arg and parsing mac address from "vif" instead.
Also, the vbd doesn't have to be a file anymore, but can be a physical
disk partition.

- Enforce the number of CPUs dom0 will take. See the new variable
"dom0-cpus" in xend-config.sxp (you will want to set this variable to
1 on SMP systems)
- Balloon out dom0 memory when creating domU, if there is not enough
free memory. The lowest level we will balloon out is configured via
the new variable "dom0-min-mem" in xend-config.sxp
I still have a doubt: where to put the code to enforce dom0-cpus. At
the moment I put it into
python/xen/xend/server/SrvDaemon.py, and hopefully that is resonable
enough. Any comment?

[PATCH] Device model cleanup.
Device model cleanup.
- Single config file for xen and device models
(Shell script doesn't source xmdefconfig anymore)
- No more device-model shell script by default. You can
have one if needed (qemu-dm.debug)
- All logic in the script device-model is moved to python
- $DISPLAY is passed from xm to xend
- Don't fork vncviewer on dryruns
- Add support for killing device models on domain destroy

- Refactor shared io page into global and per vcpu state
- Remove the hard coding of IOPACKET_PORT

[PATCH] qemu.patch
This patch is needed to get the tree to build for QEMU based I/O emulation.
- Run configure before doing make in tools/ioemu
- We now have a single config file for VMX domains (earlier we had a
bochsrc and xmexample.vmx)

Fallback behaviour of the network startup script is now same as it
always was: IP addresses of eth0 are transferred to the bridge device
but not deleted from eth0. This is needed for the 2.0-series tools,
which by default look only at eth0 to determine IP parameters for domU.
