Keir Fraser 978e9bef8c hotplug scripts: Fix sharing check for blktap 
Run check_blktap_sharing() only when a disk is added to guest with blktap.
A check_blktap_sharing() doesn't have to be run when a disk is removed.

Alastair Tse b2bfd9596f Switch hotplug scripts to use /bin/bash rather than /bin/sh. 
Hotplug scripts include certain bash-isms that are not supported under
some distros' default shell (eg. Ubuntu 6.10's use of dash)

Now users will see the following error:

[root@bebop ~]# xm create -c 128
Using config file "/etc/xen/128".
Error: Device 51713 (tap) could not be connected.
/tmp/128.img does not exist

jchesterfield@dhcp92.uk.xensource.com 0da81aa1d4 Added blktap support. Includes kernel driver (enabled as CONFIG_XEN_BLKDEV_TAP=y) and userspace tools.
