Ewan Mellor fa4627735b Split the VIF I/O statistics fields out into a VIF_metrics class. Implement 
this in Xend, and fix the VBD_metrics implementation.  Implement C bindings
also.

Ewan Mellor ada588411f Remove VM.VCPUs_number and VM.VCPUs_utilisation as these have moved onto the 
VM_metrics class.  Remove VM_metrics.VM -- the backreference is unnecessary
and awkward to deal with.

Ewan Mellor 8a3405e402 Added VM_metrics class, taking some of the fields from VM. Make VM.static_max 
and static_min read-write.  Added VM.VCPUs/{max,at_startup}.  Make
VM.VCPUs/params a string -> string map.

This is the modelling, the C bindings, and the message file -- Xend support to
follow.

Ewan Mellor bd16434c05 Document existing PIF.create_VLAN, and remove PIF.create (PIFs are implicitly 
created from the physical host configuration).

Change PIF.name to PIF.device, for consistency with other uses, and make
PIF.VLAN an int.

jfehlig@jfehlig2.provo.novell.com 160ed4756b Fix VM.get_power_state API. On the xend side an integer representation of the power state was being returned instead of a string representation as specified by the XenAPI spec. 
On the c-bindings side the marshalling code converts the string representation to an enum value.  A subsequent attempt to convert the enum from a string to an enum was causing a seg fault.

Ewan Mellor 184500f7fc Implement new booting parameters for Xen-API, and backwards compatibility for 
the old bootloader settings.

We now have two mutually exclusive config groups HVM and PV, with HVM/boot
and PV/{bootloader,kernel,ramdisk,args,bootloader_args}.

kfraser@localhost.localdomain 93f56e1536 [XENAPI] Add 'image' field to xen_vbd_record, allowing an image to be 
associated with the vbd. xend supports this field and the client
bindings need it to support existing images that are not under
control of an SR.
