Store xldevd.pid under XEN_RUN_DIR. Note that this will change the
default location from /var/run to /var/run/xen.

The removal of the udev rules highlighted that although it has been
replaced by "xl devd" there isn't an initscript to replace it.
To enable this add a --pidfile option to xl devd.
Tested on Linux by running the script in dom0 and checking the daemon
was started/stopped, but not in an actual driver domain environment
since I don't have one conveniently available. I also checked that
running without the --pidfile option still works.
Scripts mainly cribbed from the xencommons for each platform.

The current usage of LIBEXEC is bogus. It describes the directory for
private xen executables. Other places create their own, similar
libexecdir path as $prefix/lib/xen/*.
Additional two other variables are used to describe similar paths:
PRIVATE_BINDIR and PRIVATE_PREFIX
The autoconf documentation refers to libexec as a directory for
executables and stuff which is called by other programs, not by the
user.
Adjust all places that want libexecdir as a target path. LIBEXEC refers
now to the base directory. Three convenience variables are used to refer
to paths to private binaries, libs and include files.
In the systemd files LIBEXEC_BIN is substituted, so this variable has to
be present in autoconf. All other variables are expanded in Paths.mk
because they are only used in Makefiles.
Most users of LIBEXEC are updated to use LIBEXEC_BIN because that is
what they want.
Users of PRIVATE_BINDIR are updated to use LIBEXEC_BIN because that is
what they want. PRIVATE_BINDIR and PRIVATE_PREFIX usage is removed by
this patch, in favour of LIBXEC_BIN and LIBEXEC
An internal libxl function was removed. A single helper to retrieve
LIBEXEC_BIN remains.
As suggested by the autoconf documentation, configure appends the
package name to LIBEXEC to make sure the provided directory really
refers to xen. This makes sure "make uninstall" preserves the real
libexecdir.

This small helper is responsible for generating Dom0 JSON config
stub and writing Dom0 xenstore entries. This helpers subsumes two calls
to xenstore-write in xencommons script.
Dom0 UUID is intentionally left untouched, so it is always all
zeros. This makes sure that we don't leak Dom0 stubs across rebooting.

I've retained xen.lowlevel.{xc,xs} since they seem more widely useful. I also
kept xen.lowlevel.xl even though it is disabled by default and IMHO useless in
its current form.
I've tried to clean up the various associated bits like example configs, init
scripts, udev rules etc but no doubt I have missed something, those can easily
be cleaned up later.
I've also removed xm-test since although it could in theory be reworked to
test xl it hasn't been touched for years. If someone wants to resurrect it
then they could do so via the git history.
This has been built but not runtime tested.

v2: Clean out some .*ignore cruft
Remove some xm/xend docs.
libvchan's init_xs_srv (server-side xenstore-related initialization)
expects to find the current domain's domid at this xenstore key. libxl
(and xend) write this for domains they create. Do the same for domain 0,
allowing the use of libvchan in dom0.

The --halt/-H option for the shutdown command is now pointless,
since linux in a guest treats "halt" and "poweroff" identically.
The option is not implemented in xl / libxl and if supplied causes the command
to fail , so remove it from the init and sysconfig scripts.

xenbackendd is not needed by the xl toolstack, so move it's launch to
the xend script.
We have to iterate until we are sure there are no xend processes left,
since doing a single pkill usually leaves xend processes running.

Added a cleanup of the xenstore database, to purge old entries,
prevented the restart of xenstore and set Domain-0 name. Also
replaced the sleep 5 (wait for xenstore to come up) with the method
used in the linux init script.
