instead of hardcoding values. We also drop the uint64_t
cast as the macro uses ULL to produce the proper width
types.

The version of SMBIOS set in the entry point is 2.4, however several
structures are missing fields required by 2.4. Fix this by adding the
missing fields, this is based on the documents found at the DMTF site
[0].
Most fields are set to 0 (undefined/not specified), except for the
cache related handlers that need to be initialized to 0xffff in order
to signal that the information is not provided.

3a7f872a ("tools: lift BUILD_BUG_ON to a tools header file") was taken
out from an rather old half finished branch by dropping unrelated
changes. Unfortunately two issues sneaked in.
1. Hvmloader should be standalone. Revert the changes to hvmloader.
2. The define guard in libs.h was erroneously deleted. Add that back.

The only remaining mentions of these addresses are in COPYING files which I
haven't touched.
Some of the changed files are imports from elsewhere, however
filtering them out is tricky, I think it is tolerable to have these
files be modified here and then perhaps reverted on the next sync,
since it's only 1-2 lines and obvious what is going on.

Coverity complains about the use of strncpy() to completely fill the anchor
strings, resulting in an unterminated string.
Although the strncpy result is correct, the anchor strings are not strings in
the C sense, and use of memcpy is the prevaling style elsewhere in hvmloader
anyway.
While tidying up the style in this function, also remove some trailing
whitespace and gratuitous cast.

Passthrough support for the SMBIOS structures including three new DMTF
defined types and support for OEM defined tables. Passed in SMBIOS
types override the default internal values. Default values can be
enabled for the new type 22 portable battery using a xenstore
flag. All other new DMTF defined and OEM structures will only be added
to the SMBIOS table if passthrough values are present.

Pass the table address as a paramter to the build function and cause
it to return the number of entries. Pass both base and offset as
parameters to the dump function.
This adds a duplicated e820.h header to ROMBIOS. Since the e820 data
structure is well defined by existing BIOS implementations I think
this is OK and simplifies the cross talk between hvmloader and
ROMBIOS.
