Olaf Hering 93790b1c38 tools: replace private LIBDIR with automake libdir ...

Reuse automake variable instead of inventing a private variable.

The result of this command:
 git grep -wnl LIBDIR | xargs sed -i 's@LIBDIR@libdir@g'
