Olaf Hering 8db2e4bab2 tools: replace private BINDIR with automake bindir ...

Reuse automake variable instead of inventing a private variable.

The result of this command:
 git grep -wnl BINDIR | xargs sed -i 's@BINDIR@bindir@g'
