Roger Pau Monne 8dc8415c2c rombios: remove sdtint.h dependency ...

Hardcode uint8_t, uint16_t and uint32_t typedefs, so we no longer need
stdint.h

Resolves problem reported by Wang Zhihao on 64bit Ubuntu systems.
