We don't need a custom buildDomain() anymore but we do need to provide a shadow memory calculation. - Create PPC_LinuxImageHandler class to implement getRequiredShadowMemory(). - Derive prose builder from PPC_LinuxImageHandlerClass. - Drop configure() as it is not needed according to Jimi.
