CI: Don't use -y with apt-get update
apt-get update refreshes the package lists. -y doesn't do anything here. It is needed for "apt-get install" or "apt-get upgrade" but not for apt-get update. Drop it. Signed-off-by: Javi Merino <javi.merino@cloud.com> Reviewed-by: Andrew Cooper <andrew.cooper3@citrix.com>
