After qemu-smoke-arm64 was changed to use kernel 5.19 we end up having
two kernel configurations. This is something not needed and maintaining
a single kernel version is always easier. Modify qemu-alpine-arm64-gcc
to use kernel 5.19 and remove kernel 5.9 from tests-artifacts.

Use kernel 5.19 to unblock testing dom0less enhanced.
This kernel version has the necessary patches for deferring xenbus probe
until xenstore is fully initialized.
Also, build kernel with bridging and xen netback support enabled because
it will be used for testing network connectivity between Dom0 and Dom1
over a pv network interface.

Add qemu-system-arm to the existing test-artifacts qemu container (which
doesn't get build for every iteration but only updated once in a while.)
With qemu-system-arm available, we'll be able to run ARM32 tests.
This patch also bumps the QEMU version to v6.0.0 for both arm32 and
arm64 (the test-artifacts container is one, shared for both).

Build a 5.10 kernel to be used as Dom0 and DomU kernel for testing. This
is almost the same as the existing ARM64 recipe for Linux 5.9, the
only differences are:
- upgrade to latest 5.10.x stable
- force Xen modules to built-in (on ARM it was already done by defconfig)
Also add the exporting job to build.yaml so that the binary can be used
during gitlab-ci runs.

Currently we are using Debian's qemu-system-aarch64 for our tests.
However, sometimes it crashes. It is hard to debug and even harder to
apply any fixes to it.
Instead, build our own QEMU as one of our test-artifacts, which are only
built once, then imported into each pipeline via phony jobs.

Some tests (soon to come) will require pre-built binaries to run, such
as the Linux kernel binary. We don't want to rebuild the Linux kernel
for each gitlab-ci run: these builds should not be added to the current
list of build jobs.
Instead, create additional containers that today are built and uploaded
manually, but could be re-built automatically. The containers build the
required binarires during the "docker build" step and store them inside
the container itself.
gitlab-ci will be able to fetch these pre-built binaries during the
regular test runs, saving cycles.
Add two tests artifacts containers:
- one to build the Linux kernel ARM64
- one to create an Alpine Linux ARM64 rootfs for Dom0
