Nicola Vetrini 820ee3ec4d x86: add deviation for asm-only functions
As stated in rules.rst, functions used only in asm modules
are allowed to have no prior declaration visible when being
defined, hence these functions are marked with an
'asmlinkage' macro, which is then deviated for MISRA C:2012
Rule 8.4.

Nicola Vetrini 26cdd09801 xen: address violations of Rule 11.9
The constant 0 is used instead of NULL in '__ACCESS_ONCE' as a
compile-time check to detect non-scalar types; its usage for this
purpose is deviated.

Furthermore, the 'typeof_field' macro is introduced as a general way
to access the type of a struct member without declaring a variable
of struct type. Both this macro and 'sizeof_field' are moved to
'xen/macros.h'.

No functional change intended.

Nicola Vetrini b739e2067b xen/include: add macro ISOLATE_LSB
The purpose of this macro is to encapsulate the well-known expression
'x & -x' that in 2's complement architectures on unsigned integers will
give a mask where only the least significant nonzero bit of 'x' is set,
or 0 if none are set.

A deviation for ECLAIR is also introduced.

Simone Ballarin 4c910b0461 automation/eclair: update accepted and clean guidelines
This patch updates accepted and clean guidelines selectors.

Align accepted selector with docs/misra/rules.txt.
Add rule 7.3 in the clean selector for ARM.
Avoid regular expressions in all service selectors: usign them
requires escaping dots, which make selectors hard to read.

is popolated depending on the current one.

The following clean guidelines have been added:
- MC3R1.R1.1;
- MC3R1.R1.3;
- MC3R1.R3.1;
- MC3R1.R4.1;

Simone Ballarin 5b251cbca0 automation: Add xen builds for the ECLAIR analyses
This patch defines an ARM64 and a X86_64 build for the
ECLAIR pipelines.

These files are used by the analyze.sh script in
automation/eclair_analysis: it initially calls prepare.sh,
then runs into an ECLAIR environment build.sh.

Only the toolchain invocations triggered by build.sh
are analyzed; the prepare.sh script is instead intended
to perform all the required operations for building xen
that are not supposed to be analyzed: e.g. dependencies
build.

Simone Ballarin c4392ec832 automation: Add ECLAIR utilities and settings
The files with extension ecl are ECLAIR configurations that
are loaded during the analysis phase or during the report
generation phase: analysis.ecl is the main file for the analysis
phase, while reports.ecl is the one for the report phase.
All other ecl files are included by one of the two main ones.

The actions* scripts implement the integration with the CI server,
they are completely general and can be amended to work with any CI
server. Their presence in xen.git is recommended so that maintainance
would be easier.

analyze.sh is the script that actually triggers the analysis.
