Jan Beulich 7b41b91fd2 x86emul/test: correct VCVTUSI2S{S,D} comments in predicates test
These were missing the size-indicating suffixes.

Jan Beulich 59d4341950 x86emul/test: correct VSCALEF{P,S}{S,D} entries in predicates test
I can't see why these would want / need to suppress testing of the
register forms of the insns. Quite likely a copy-and-paste oversight
when originally creating the table.

Jan Beulich ccb6f9a558 x86emul/test: correct VRNDSCALES{S,D} entries in predicates test
While benign (because only the decoder is exercised here, whereas a
wrong EVEX.W would cause an exception only during actual emulation),
let's still have correct information in the table entries.

Jan Beulich 7b99e72585 x86emul: drop "seg" parameter from insn_fetch() hook
This is specified (and asserted for in a number of places) to always be
CS. Passing this as an argument in various places is therefore
pointless. The price to pay is two simple new functions, with the
benefit of the PTWR case now gaining a more appropriate error code.

These are VEX-encoded equivalents of the EVEX-encoded AVX512-VNNI ISA
extension.

Jan Beulich d9dad3584b x86emul: extend decoding / mem access testing to MMX / SSE insns
IOW just legacy encoded ones. For 3dNow! just one example is used, as
they're all similar in nature both encoding- and operand-wise.

Rename pfx_none to pfx_no, so it can be used to improve readability /
column alignment.

Jan Beulich df8fb11d88 x86emul: adjustments to mem access / write logic testing
The combination of specifying a ModR/M byte with the upper two bits set
and the modrm field set to T is pointless - the same test will be
executed twice, i.e. overall things will be slower for no extra gain. I
can only assume this was a copy-and-paste-without-enough-editing mistake
of mine.

Furthermore adjust the base type of a few bit fields to shrink table
size, as subsequently quite a few new entries will get added to the
tables using this type.

Jan Beulich d273859687 x86emul: support ENQCMD insns
Note that the ISA extensions document revision 038 doesn't specify
exception behavior for ModRM.mod == 0b11; assuming #UD here.

No tests are being added to the harness - this would be quite hard,
we can't just issue the insns against RAM. Their similarity with
MOVDIR64B should have the test case there be god enough to cover any
fundamental flaws.

Jan Beulich a9ecb9e780 x86emul: support MOVDIR{I,64B} insns
Introduce a new blk() hook, paralleling the rmw() one in a certain way,
but being intended for larger data sizes, and hence its HVM intermediate
handling function doesn't fall back to splitting the operation if the
requested virtual address can't be mapped.

Note that SDM revision 071 doesn't specify exception behavior for
ModRM.mod == 0b11; assuming #UD here.

Jan Beulich 3351acaee7 x86emul: also test decoding and mem access / write logic
x86emul_is_mem_{access,write}() (and their interaction with
x86_decode()) have become sufficiently complex that we should have a way
to test this logic. Start by covering legacy encoded GPR insns, with the
exception of a few the main emulator doesn't support yet (left as
comments in the respective tables, or about to be added by subsequent
patches). This has already helped spot a few flaws in said logic,
addressed by (revised) earlier patches.
