Frediano Ziglio e7ee11ad72 vgabios: Check if mode is currently supported as vesa specifications
Vesa specification require that mode information return if a given
mode is supported or not so test if we can support it checking
required memory and set correctly supported bit.

Frediano Ziglio 4da31be120 vgabios: Reduce stack usage getting mode informations
Informations are stored in a structure that is smaller than final one.
Previous code copy this structure to stack extending with zeroes then
update it and copy to caller while now the not-extended version is
copied into stack and then is extended during copy reducing stack
usage.

interrupt should return error but not that the function is not
supported.

Frediano Ziglio ab1f3cd4ab vgabios: Fix size computation overflow
Remove an overflow computing width x height x bit which does
not fit into a 16 bits. I wrote a routine to multiple these value
and get the size required for framebuffer in segment unit (64k).

Keir Fraser a390e6128b x86, hvm: stdvga improvements
* enables linear framebuffer and VBE 3.0 extensions.
* add a number of new resolutions, up to 2560x1600, and including
* widescreen modes common to modern displays.
* Introduce configurable video ram size through the "videoram" config
* file option, shrinking default video ram used to 4 Megs (thus
* eliminating 4 wasted megs/VM that have been the case until now), but
* allowing users to specify up to 16 Megs of vram, to support the
* extreme high resolutions such as 2560x1600x32.

kaf24@firebug.cl.cam.ac.uk 104f354554 [HVM][DM] Cleaner way of clearing VGA memory on mode changes (thanks to
Fabrice Bellard on the QEMU project). This patch clears the
memory in the BIOS call rather than when the Cirrus Logic register changes,
which more closely matches what happens on the real hardware.

The following allows you to run unmodified guest operating systems
under Xen on VMX (VT) enabled processors. The tree lives under
<ROOT>/tools/dfw. Instead of booting a guest kernel, boot vmxloader and
specify the disk image in qemurc.
