Many files:
  IDE and SCSI devices are now accessed via /dev/hd? and /dev/sd? using the usual device numbers. XLIDE_MAJOR and XLSCSI_MAJOR have been removed, but XLVIRT_MAJOR remains (as do /dev/xvd?).
