gcc (GCC) 9.2.0 complains:
xentoollog_stubs.c: In function ‘stub_xtl_ocaml_vmessage’:
xentoollog_stubs.c:93:16: error: initialization discards ‘const’ qualifier from pointer target type [-Werror=discarded-qualifiers]

This patch constifies the pointer returned by caml_named_value in order
to the accommodate newer versions of OCaml.
In OCaml >= 4.09 the return value pointer of caml_named_value is
declared const.

Make XEN_VM_EVENT_RESUME return 0 in case of success, instead of
-EINVAL.
Remove vm_event_resume form vm_event.h header and set the function's
visibility to static as is used only in vm_event.c.
Move the vm_event_check_ring test inside vm_event_resume in order to
simplify the code.

Currently, the VM_EVENT_INTERFACE_VERSION is determined at runtime, by
inspecting the corresponding field in a vm_event_request. This helper
opcode will query the hypervisor supported version before the vm_event
related structures and layout are set-up.

If case of a vm_event with the emulate_flags set, if the instruction
is not implemented by the emulator, the monitor should be notified instead
of directly injecting a hw exception.
This behavior can be used to re-execute an instruction not supported by
the emulator using the real processor (e.g. altp2m) instead of just
crashing.

Enforce the distinction between an instruction not implemented by the
emulator and the failure to emulate that instruction by defining a new
return code, X86EMUL_UNIMPLEMENTED.
This value should only be returned by the core emulator when a valid
opcode is found but the execution logic for that instruction is missing.
It should NOT be returned by any of the x86_emulate_ops callbacks.
e.g. hvm_process_io_intercept should not return X86EMUL_UNIMPLEMENTED.
The return value of this function depends on either the return code of
one of the hvm_io_ops handlers (read/write) or the value returned by
hvm_copy_guest_from_phys / hvm_copy_to_guest_phys.
Similary, none of this functions should return X86EMUL_UNIMPLEMENTED.
- hvm_io_intercept
- hvmemul_do_io
- hvm_send_buffered_ioreq
- hvm_send_ioreq
- hvm_broadcast_ioreq
- hvmemul_do_io_buffer
- hvmemul_validate
Also the behavior of hvm_emulate_one_insn and vmx_realmode_emulate_one
was modified to generate an Invalid Opcode trap when X86EMUL_UNRECOGNIZED
is returned by the emulator instead of just crash the domain.

Running "make uninstall" does not remove all installed files, a
situation which might cause link related issues if xen is re-installed
in a different location.
In order to make uninstall correctly remove the files it is best
the process should be done recursively by mirroring each "install"
target with an "uninstall" who removes the installed files.
An exception to this rule is uninstalling the files produced by
"qemu-xen-dir-remote" and "qemu-xen-traditional-dir", which are external
to the project. These projects do not implement an "uninstall" target so
the files have to be removed manually.

A new parameter (bitmask) was added to the xc_monitor_write_ctrlreg
